Ultra-Violet Cured-In-Place Pipe Restoration
UV TECHNOLOGY
EXTREMELY QUICK AND EFFICIENT
Sewer rehabilitation using iMPREGLiner and UV curing is one of the quickest and most cost-effective rehabilitation procedures available on the market. Up to three pipes per day can be rehabilitated with the iMPREGLiner and put back into operation directly thereafter. The UV curing is notable due to high energy efficiency and thus preserves the environment. A major advantage of the UV technology is that the liners manufactured at the factory can be stored safely at normal temperatures of approximately 25 °C without special cooling and thus allow a great deal of flexibility with the job-site planning.
Compact and energy efficient installation equipment allows interruption-free execution of construction work both in municipal areas with heavy traffic and industrial areas where space is narrow.
The complete monitoring and logging of the installation process is far superior to that of other technologies.
Certified product manufacture and execution on the job site monitored by a third party make the UV technology the leading technology in trenchless sewer rehabilitation in the future too.
Optimum rehabilitation is carried out in several work stages.
These individual stages are:
- Preparatory work for the rehabilitation
- Camera inspection before liner insert
- Preparatory work before liner insert
- Installation of the iMPREGLiner
- Curing of the iMPREGLiner
- Work after curing the inliner
- Checking sealing & job-site sample
- Final work
- Camera inspection after the rehab
OUR BRAND CHOICE – IMPREGLINER
THE LINER FOR TRENCHLESS SEWER REHABILITATION
The iMPREGLiner is one of the glass-fibre pipe liners that is used most frequently for trenchless sewer rehabilitation throughout the world. Well-known rehabilitation and civil engineering companies around the world trust in its high quality and rehabilitate more than 400 km of damaged pipes annually using iMPREGLiner.
Our users have two variants of the patented iMPREGLiner available, which is characteristic due to its simple and clean application on the job site as well as a long lifecycle of at least 50 years. The liner surface exhibits only minimal friction after rehabilitation, as a result of which the reduction in the size of the cross section is almost offset in full.
Our liner products cover all nominal diameters up to DN 1600. The iMPREGLiner is thus the only glass-fibre pipe liner approved by the DIBt, Berlin (German Institute for Construction Technology, Berlin) in the world that is made in series production in sizes larger than DN 1200.
All common profiles such as circular, egg-shaped, mouth or box, as well as special profiles, can be rehabilitated with the iMPREGLiner.
The impregnation is carried out at the factory with an ISO NPG polyester resin for municipal use or with a vinyl ester resin for aggressive waste water.
Dimension changes within a pipe can of course also be rehabilitated without problems. iMPREG can manufacture products specially for this, according to the customer’s requirements.
The iMPREGLiner is produced in accordance with monitored quality guidelines and is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. As a result of the environmentally-friendly and energy-efficient production processes, the requirements of the energy management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2005 are met.
